I realize my original response was sarcastic but I was simply calling out something that I thought was ridiculous. No team in the NHL is likely to sign 9 free agents worth over 25 million in salary a year. If you can't handle feedback/criticism when posting in an interactive forum then perhaps you shouldn't post.

Why are you trading for a goalie? We have 3 goalies & looking to unload one; no way we trade for another . I could see us maybe signing a vet to minimum to play with Marlies (insurance in case of injury) but we also have kallgren who has played well in the past

I like Jarnkrok and that's a fair price, but the Caps have enough middle six forwards already so I doubt they'd be interested in him.
