Here's some feedback as requested. Hope this helps:
Dunn is easily the most valuable piece in that trade framework with Pittsburgh. PPG wingers like Guentzel aren't exactly a dime a dozen, but top pairing defensemen in their prime like Dunn are even rarer. The difference in age and contract status only adds to the discrepancy. The odds of Seattle trading Dunn are basically zero, since they won't realistically be able to replace him and what he brings in their lineup. I could see the Kraken exploring a deal for Guentzel, but that would likely involve one of their forwards and draft picks as a framework, not Dunn.
The trade value for Wennberg is fine in my opinion, however I don't really see him getting dealt unless Wright proves he's ready for the NHL or the Kraken find a 2C they like better than Wennberg.
I'm not a huge fan of trading huge packages for goalies, and Hart is no exception. Philly will probably want a premium piece or two for Hart anyway, and I don't think he's worth it for the Kraken.
Roster wise, Borgen is the second pairing RD over Fleury, and he gets more term and AAV on his next deal. I don't love the idea of offer-sheeting Lafreniere, the Kraken are already deep on the wings. They already have guys internally who could bring everything Lafreniere does and then some, and if they wanted to upgrade at forward they could find someone much better than Laf is right now with the same draft capital.
