I think the possible market for those guys is about two or three rounds lower than what you're asking for.
Foegele is a likeable player whose cap is too high. I can see someone taking a flier on him for cheap, but during the off-season teams have more options. Edmonton is a motivated seller. You may need to attach assets if you can't wait until the deadline or retain.
Niemelainen is a 7th defenseman. You might get an extremely late pick back, but chances are he gets waived. Even odds he would clear.
Yamamoto is a soft, pint-sized forward who is one dimensional and struggling in that dimension. With a hefty contract. He would probably pass through waivers. Maybe a struggling team with plenty of cap room and size would give you a late round pick to take a flier, but I doubt it. Everyone knows the Oilers are feeling the squeeze.
