Wheeler is a piece of 💩 that should've been moved years ago, what a poorly run organization to have kept him around this long to create the worst room in the NHL and drive out one of your top talents.

Hard luck getting both Roy and Farrell, let alone one. Hughes has yet to indicate that he'd leverage future pieces for present ones, especially a present one that could very well end up being a future Hab. Farrell was said to be "special" by my favourite Hugo hire Adam Nicholas(good article on Farrell). Roy is a top 5 prospect in the Habs org, they wouldn't leverage that right now.

Dude come on...we have to give something up for PLD. Not moving a top 5 prospect makes no sense. Why would Winnipeg take scraps? Farrell, Roy, Strubble, Maillhoux, Kidney, are definitely tradable for PLD. (One of two, not all) only untradable prospect is probably Hutson.

He's a ufa in a year, and his game isn't ground breaking. He'd slot in as 2C at $9M+. If I'm giving up one of Roy and Farrell, I'm getting a younger, cheaper guy.
