    id have to agree. but after seeing the most recent nashville-col trade and a bunch of teams on here where hes a cap dump. i could see it happening

    That pens deal is brutal. Making Granlund an 8+ million dollar player for 2 years essentially. Value of Kuzy retained plus dumping Granlund is more than their first imo.

    Not sure if Garland is a top six player on a good team. He’s an excellent, play driving middle six winger. I like the player, but I think the Canucks would value the cap space more. I think they do this deal.

    I'd have to disagree with that Garland is one of our best 5v5 producers, to dump him for nothing seems incrediblenly dumb, especially when op has him on line 1, with us buying out OEL cap space isn't as dire as it once was, no need to dump Garland for nothing

    I think most of the ACGM is other teams fans wishful thinking we'd dump Garland, the Canucks have no reason to dump him
