More of an enforcer than anything else; finished second on the team with 70 penalty minutes last year while scoring only 2 points in 36 games.

They might end up losing him on waivers if nothing else... Maybe they get rid of Nolan with his cap hit about the same as McDavid now smile. I figured they would let this guy walk since he can't even seem to score or generate offense at NHL level. For 2 years to get him this cheap, hard not to like the deal. I don't think he is a good player but gives some insurance if they ship Nolan, Clifford or if they suffer some injuries. He scored 8 goals the season prior so its not a bad value if he can get around 10 goals again.
