These trades are fine value-wise, but Phaneuf won't be going to Colorado. He definitely wouldn't waive his NMC for Avs.

I liked Dzingel at Ohio State, middle-6 RW is his NHL ceiling. 20g/30a in his peak years, does that sound correct?

No clue who Chlapik is. Is he going to be a wing or a center, and what's the floor/ceiling for him?

Chlapik is a C, Chlapik is a big, two-way forward who can excel on the penalty kill, as well as the powerplay. Unafraid to battle for loose pucks and block shots as needed, he plays the type of old-school two-way game that the Senators coveted when guys like Magnus Arvedson and Radek Bonk were still around. While his playmaking skills will ensure that he is always in the mix offensively, he will need to improve his skating and shooting to be effective in the NHL.
