Isles twitter as usually sounding the nuclear alarm because Garth Snow instead of flipping Hamonic for James Van Reimsdyk (1 yr 4+ million dollars) and a 1st, he opted for 3 solid futures from CGY: 2018 1st and (2) 2nd round picks. Some Isles fans are livid and believe that JVR was the next necessary move due to stalled Duchene trade talks.

Should Garth pulled the trigger on JVR or did he do that right thing by gaining futures, of which can still be used for another trade

READY....

Im a leafs fan and would keep him if his caphit after this season is 5.5m or less but 4.25m this season coming, he's played with bozak 95% of his time in leafland so JT would put 10-20 extra points on top of each season. leafs have better chance of making playoffs this season then flames so GS thinking might be same. I think we dodged a bullet or is hamonic a top 2 Dman coz JVR top LW on most teams + 1st i would of took it if JVR resigned at 6m or less.
