-I think Boston passes. The value feels fine, but it also feels like making a move for the sake of making a move. I would think the Bruins are more focused on figuring out their depth chart at C than a deal that sacrifices talent at RD2 to upgrade RW2.

-Absolutely no way from Seattle. McCann is a 27 year old coming off a 40 goal season with a very reasonable 4x$5M left on his deal. Brodie is 33 years old, in his walk year, and nowhere near the offensive presence he once was. Jarnkrok is a 32 year old 3rd liner with more term than you'd want for a guy like that. And the fact that Seattle has to add draft capital in here is just silly.

-Slam dunk accept from the Flyers. They finally have a GM who realizes they need to at least retool, so getting a younger guy (even one as injury prone as Robertson) and a lottery ticket pick for a 30 year old guy making the league minimum is an easy call. Although if you're the Leafs, why wouldn't you just hang onto those assets and sign a UFA like Patrik Nemeth or Nathan Beaulieu to fill that 6th/7th D role instead?
