Pulock has a NTC and is not available. The reason Lou has trouble making moves is because if you subtract one key player from this NYI roster then the entire team could collapse.

Do you really want to pay 33-35 year old Pulock 6.15 mill? At the cost of Nylander? Because Pulock is signed until he is 35

Tbf, 6 mill in 6 years will prob equal to 4 mill this year. Plus the fact that defending is one of the skills that players don’t really loose with age. If Nylander really wants 10 mil with the leafs, TOR should try to make this deal

TBH, I'd rather Necas over Pulock, Hanifin over Pulock etc. because they are younger and faster... Which the Leafs need

The fact that NTCs block Canadian teams more than American ones and the overwhelming preference of NHL players to play in US markets for a multitude of reasons.

Not available makes sense. NTC's don't mean someone won't be traded. It just means they control where they're traded if they are
