Why does Columbus give up on a recent 20 year old who was picked 12th just a draft ago? Especially for those scraps.

Not enough in there for the Habs. Throw in jiricek, marchenko, Kent Johnson, mateychuk and fantilli too

Sillinger is not available but he would be more available then the likes of Johnson, Fantilli and jiricek.

But he only gets considered for a big piece coming in...not to dump gudder, who does have value to the jackets even if he's overpaid for his talents.
