greig is probably 2 or 3 times as valuable as the return package we are giving.

joseph for garland would be interesting if the sens cant sign senko

Yeah I'd be wary of giving up ion Greig this early. I do like Garland though.

Not trading Greig, Sens need him and his ELC cap hit the next two seasons.

"giving up" is not the right term.

No team in their right mind should want to trade a 20 y/o player like Ridly Greig, unless it was to get them over the hump maybe

There's not a single asset in the Canucks organization I would trade Greig for.

Obviously in a package for Hughes or Pettersson but Sens can't afford them and their roles are already filled up adequatly (Stutzle/Norris, Chabot/Sanderson/Chychrun)

Kuzmenko only has 2 years before UFA so I would not trade Greig in a package for him

Only a 20 games sample size but Greig was already elite vs his usage last season :

I see him as a Jaden Schwartz in the making, maybe even more consistent offensively
