yea id say this is fair, two struggling guys swapped, pick to give 1 team a bit of relief.... mantha probably has more bounce back upside

Agreed. Based on the past couple of seasons, the value is fine. But as a Caps fan, I'd not do this swap because of Mantha's upside.
