AMAZING signing for the Flames. They were sorely lacking true, young talent on the RW and Foo is just that. He might be 23, and he might not be amazing, but he should be better than Ferland and Brower, and therefore should be able to slide right in with Gaudreau and Monahan. It also pushes Brouwer/Ferland down the lineup, which is probably where they should be.
