I don't see the Av's making this trade. Doughtery only had 13 points in 75 games in the AHL this season. If reports are true, they will want a lot more.

That Vegas trade is awful, like Charles Barkley golf swing awful. Completely drains your C prospects for an aging winger, not worth it.

Neither trade would happen. If the Preds didn't find a way to get Vegas to lay off of Neal up front, they wont be trading for him. It would cost them more now, then it would have during the draft.

On the Colorado trade, they would say a STRONG NO. They want more and other teams are willing to give it to them. If the Preds don't give up one of the top 4 guys and a good pick, Colorado is not interested. In this case, your giving up a guy who is not ready for the NHL for an Elite player. The 1st round draft pick means nothing with a crappy player tied to it.
