Yeah I'd be willing to give him his 10x8, might convince lindholm to stay too.

My thoughts exactly. I think Nylander would fit perfectly with Lindholm and Huberdeau
If CGY is getting some sort of guarantee, whether that's Nylander coming in with and extension or Lindholm re-signing, then maybe moving Andersson would be worth it but outside of Weegar, their entire blueline is basically question marks. CGY should obviously be trying to deal Hanifin+ (or Zadorov+) as Erbas suggested.
For the Leafs, adding Andersson would really solidify their blue line but they are probably going to really miss Nylander up front. There's also the fact that Nylander is going to be elite longer (likely Hall for Larsson 2.0) but Andersson at 4.55M for the next 3-years could allow them to field a more competitive roster in the following two years especially, and this one if they can add a top 6 rental. The Leafs right side needs more help than the left imo.
As NorthernLeafs05 mentioned, the Flames should decline just off contractual differences. So, if these two are essentially swapped it would have to be in a larger. Probably add Liljegren and Dube (if he's not at risk of suspension) for starters.
As for Weegar, it's because he is 29 and has a huge 8-year deal. A common theme on cap friendly is people not wanting players from other teams or FA, particularly 29+ year old, who are signed up to or past 35. Although, I've seen someone say the same abou giving Nylander 7-years.
