Sens wouldn't trade Pinto for DeBrincat or Chychrun (they would rather give up a 7th or 12 th OA pick in the end)... not sure they'd do it for Lafreniere but if they did, no way they'd add 75% of DeBrincat's return.
I would do it 1 for 1, I think Greig will be better than Pinto so a center line of Stutzle-Norris-Greig is Elite. I'm putting Lafreniere on Norris-Batherson LW, which would help him to gain offensive confidence

Sharks shouldn’t touch that trade, 3 mil each over the next 3 years for 3 goals from a forward a 2nd isn’t enough!
Mathieu Joseph is better than you think though. Pretty good forechecker, good defensive forward and Elite PKer. He would have been underpaid in 2021-22 (if he had 2.95 AAV)
Joseph in 2021-22 : 36 pts pace (his 30 pts were at ES or on the PK)
Joseph in 2022-23 : 26 pts pace (15 of his 18 pts were at ES or on the PK)
He's a top skater too... A great defensive forward who gives you around 30 pts (per 82 games) at ES + PK has value. He just needs to bounce back a little and he's not overpaid at all anymore
