Gee, if a PTO player is your 3C, the Pens are in trouble. Is it just me, but the Pens seem way too many aging players on long term contracts. And few prospects on ELC on the horizon.

"My Leafs" for instance have a good team, but poor cap management and foolishly trading away picks and prospects has left the team barren with prospects and few Leafs have ELCs. Every year it's the same thing, hiring aging UFAs and trying to catch magic with them.
