I read the description but I don’t understand making an exception for Michkov but not Cutter when Cutter is better than 90% of those players just like Michkov is

Zellweger over Svozil or even Mateychuk or Mintyukov, there is a few better. Some might even argue Pickering or Lambos as well

Zellweger, Mintyukov, and Lambos are all Western Conference prospects. This be just East.

Since you went real deep with the West, I'd add Ostlund, Samoskevich, Cristall, Rosen, Othmann, and Sillinger
