Not getting those kinda returns for foligno and Dickinson but I'd hope for a better return for raddysh and Murphy half retained. Raddysh could get a stupid return at the deadline because he's on such a cheap contract. Murphy retained should get a 1st+

The oilers ain’t paying a third for foligno and even if they had the cap space to make it work they only paying a 6th max

Moving Murphy and Raddysh as a package should return a similar haul as the McCabe/Lafferty trade if not more given Raddysh’s higher offensive upside.

    McCabe/Lafferty and a 5th netted the Hawks a 1st, 2nd, Anderson and Gogolev.

So I think to be in the ballpark, Florida would need to offer their 2026 1st, 2025 2nd, Samoskevich or McAllister and another lower prospect, Nause perhaps.

The other proposals seem reasonable. I personally would give Blackwell away but I can’t believe there is anyone who will want him.

Hawks aren't trading Murphy half retained and Raddysh for that weak package. That might not even get Murphy half retained by himself. Nobody is taking Foligno at his full cap hit, and I doubt anyone takes Dickinson at his full hit eirher.

if you cant get a 1st for raddysh and murphy both just keep them. I'm fine locking up raddysh for a few years as a middle 6 scorer and unless you get a good return for murph the pipeline is too weak at RHD to let him go this season

I don't see how Edmonton could fit Foligno's salary in at the deadline, you'd have to at least retain 50% if not take some money back too.

I agree, you will probably have to retain on Foligno or take a contract back…. Unless he comes out and has an amazing resurgent season.

Nick Foligno half retained isnt worth a 3rd.

Yup, teams never look for big, physical depth forwards for the playoffs.

You show me how the Oilers fit 4 million in under the cap. The only way he is traded is half retained and then i still dont think he is worth a 3rd.

Seriously?? People are going to be lining up for a 36 year old who has scored 19 goals over the past 3 seasons combined and who has scored 1 goal in the past 17 playoff games - 3 runs which all resulted in first round exits.
