they hamonic needs the money more than spezza did though.

Greig is a million times better than either Kelly or MacEwen. Demote both in the AHL and keep Greig if you want to have a better chance to win hockey games

Not possible. Hamonic has a NMC. I'm sure that was his big requirement in exchange for taking less salary.
