CBJ already has Werenski and Provorov as their #1 LHD and #2 LHD so if anything they would be looking to add on the right not to the left.

These rumors are stupid to begin with cause Columbus already filled their 2nd pair LD issue months ago, but 0 chance Marchenko would be moved.

The only reason I could think of was Werenski was still injured, but I'm pretty sure he's good to go.

He has been good to go since a few games left in the season last year. They just didn't want to bother having him play at that point of the year in such a lost season.
