I’d take Point over Hughes, but honestly you could replace Crosby, Pettersson and Point with Aho, Barkov, Hughes and Hintz imo. I’d take cup winners in Point and Crosby over the other guys.

Aho isn’t close to those other guys. He’s great but the others are superstar tier. Hintz is also a tier below the others

if hedman’s last year is consistent with how he’ll play in the future than yeah quinn over him but i’d still put dahlin above him (i think he’s gonna explode this season)

and point is better for me than jack hughes at the moment although that could change this season

I'd have both Hughes brothers at 8th in their respective positions, but both could easily be slightly higher or lower on the list - and I imagine that both will be higher up next year. I cut it off at 7 to avoid dealing with people who think Quinn can't defend.

I would say J Hughes and Pettersson are around the same level right now overall, so if you think Pettersson is the better of the two probably should slide up Point and Crosby. Interesting though that you have Point ahead of Crosby, don't see that often or at all but I feel like people don't really try to rate Crosby. It's more like who has surpassed him.

Pretty good list.

I'd have Pasta lower and Roberston higher and Point above EP, but pretty darn similar.

There is not a single person on planet earth who thinks that Hughes > Hedman unless you either:
1) are a severely biased Canucks fan (shocker), or
2) don't watch NHL hockey

And to consider Hughes > Point is also ludicrous. Hughes is a great, young, exciting player but Point is arguably the best and most important player on the most dominant team of the past 5-8 years and has multiple Cups.

Hedman is getting older and just had one of his worst seasons in years. Yeah, I think you take the young 23 year old who is only getting better and at this point, is already better

lol...okay.

Don't get me wrong, Hughes is a great player. Wish he was in a Wings jersey (even though I'd rather have Bouchard). But to suggest he's better than Hedman right now is pure lunacy.

Hedman was not good last year. It’s not a stretch to say the 23 year old, near PPG dman, who’s good in his own zone and who keeps improving each year is better than him now

Point and J Hughes are close, but I’d give a slight edge to Hughes. Team success =/= better player. Because Point has multiple cups should he be ahead of McDavid and Matthews? Pat Maroon has 3 cups, should he be on the list?
