Honestly this looks pretty valid if VAN aren’t retooling. Boeser is definitely underrated, he’s a pretty good player. Then there is a good prospect and mid first round pick. Value is good but not wild, I think it’s decently fair

Beau is worse than Brock, why are people loving Beau>? the only half decent thing about him, is that he is cheaper.

Read the fine print…it comes with 8 extra years, not sure of AAV. He will take less for a team that doesn’t have 3 guys who get paid way more than him.

Forgetting Pettersson is up next year and he will get $12M+ so the cap structure in Vancouver is about to get blown up anyways.

I would give him 9.65 then try and get pettersson at 9.75

If he has another 100 point season then for sure but if he has a bad year then the cost goes down. Same thing with nylander if he didn't have a good year then he wouldn't be asking for 10

Nylander is better but Boeser has a better shot.

If you play Matthews and Boeser at the ends of the umbrella on the PP you'll have two of the top 12 shooters in the league. One lefty and one righty so both very dangerous. If they cheat on Matthews then Boeser could score 50+ goals easy.

Not sure if this is the time to experiment but it would be an interesting one. Leafs have been. A great possession team that's lacked the finishing touch when it matters most. Boeser has that.

B. Schneider, so many wished he was Drafted by the Leafs instead we literally got no one.

Unless he has a real bad year even just the one 100 point season as a center puts him in a different class to any other comparables under $12M.

I like Schneider, there is no analytic for nastiness, compete or the fear guys have when he is on the ice…he is a Trouba in the making.
