Blanks is waiver exempt, so if he doesn't make the Jackets, they;ll just send him to Cleveland. No reason to move him.

Why is PITT trying to dump Smith, he is young cheap still RFA, a 3rd isnt going to improve you (maybe in 5 years). With the age of the team keeping a 23yo seems needed.
