I think you could title it "returns Montreal won't get for these pieces."

2nd trade is awful for Van. We have a lot of wingers better than Anderson and no space to take on his albatross contract

might be bad for VAN, but the vacuum value isn't that far off.

Canucks easily decline. We have cap problems and too many wingers, adding another expensive winger makes no sense especially when said winger isn’t better than anything we already have. Anderson would most likely end up being a $5 million dollar 4th liner in Vancouver, makes absolutely zero sense for us to pay to get him. With our current cap situation you’d have to attach at least a 1st to Anderson for Vancouver to even consider.

Flyers are rebuilding and won't be spending draft capital to get a guy entering his 30s.

This was just something to see how many great players can i get while staying under the cap, the trades are mostly just thrown out there but saying you wouldn't underpay for a defenseman hitting his prime and a great leader on a team with maybe 1 solid defenseman is a super hot take imo.

Hey fair enough. Flyers aren't looking to be good and need futures so trading draft picks isn't a big desire.
