Hart costs more than that especially if you expect Philly to take Allen as part of the return.

For better or worse, Hughes (I read recently) has told Allen he won't be traded this season, or something to that effect..

I expect once the investigation results are public Hart won't have any value around the league. There is a reason he and the 4 others withdrew from social media, they are preparing for the backlash.
