I think you forgot the Sharks are already using 2 retention slots on Burns and Karlsson so there’s only 1 available to use at the TDL

Can't see Tampa Bay having any interest (or the cap space) for Hoffman at the deadline. And the Hawks aren't burning a retention slot on a 5th rounder.

If Bowers can ever beat the injury bug he could be a great get at the TDL for San Jose. But my goodness the dude just can't seem to catch a break with that stuff and his window of opportunity is likely close to shut. I feel awful for him.
