Any Di Marco and Ant San Philly are both the Flyers two most connected insiders and Ant San Philly said on one of his recent podcasts (I don’t remember which one and they are all over an hour long so I’m not going back to find out lol) that the top 6 is basically already a forgone conclusion for Torts and that any movement in the current team would be in the bottom 6 roster spots so yes it would be Laughton lol. It’s not going to be Frost, Tippet, or TK because they are all top 6 guys. I don’t think it will be Cates either but technically he is the 3C so who knows but realistically we all know it’s Laughton. Pagnotta reported around the draft that the Sens had checked in on Laughton so we know they like him and he was real close with Giroux. Like I said if Pinto is traded to the Flyers it will be something similar to:

Joseph Pinto for Laughton 2nd

Anything more than that you can just consider the Flyers off the list because they aren’t moving any top 6 guys.

Make it Joseph Pinto for Laughton Florida's 1st.

And you have a deal.

Do you really wanna do another short sighted move like that? What do u think is gonna happen when Pinto is 24 and Laughton is 31

I agree lol. Just pointing out our history of bad trades shows that you never know; Young players pre-breakout aren't always untouchable.

I’d be shocked if the 1st was in play because that pick literally could be anywhere from a late 1st to a lottery 1st lol. But it sounds like the trade is bigger so I would be okay with:

Laughton and FLA 1st for Joseph, Pinto, *insert one of your better prospects like is being reported*

If the trade is just for Pinto and Joseph then no thanks for the 1st.

Laughton is already worth a 1st and a 2nd according to St Louis GM and Joseph will take at least a 2nd to move so it would look like this

1st, 2nd, 2nd for Joseph, 2nd, Pinto

Cancel two 2nds for Joseph and it is:

1st and 2nd for Pinto that’s probably about what he is worth I don’t believe he is worth two 1st round picks cause most first line stars only reach that level of value

Pinto will be a very good 2 way top 6 player within 2 years. You think Pinto is a bottom 6 or something ?

Well I think he has good potential to be a Top 6 player at C but with Norris & Stutzle that is more difficult then it seems, not to mention Mercer just had 2 40+ point seasons whilst Pinto had a 35 point season with likely declining minutes going forward so idk if Pinto is truly gonna be a Top 6 Guy unless someone moves to the wing

I would consider moving an unsigned Pinto for Laughton.

If Dorion does that, I'd make sure to end his bloodline by how hard I'd kick him in the balls

Joseph Pinto for Laughton 2nd.

Imagine proposing this and then pretending to know or understand anything about hockey

Dorion is an human ticking bomb though so anything is possible

Contract wise sure but player wise, Pinto will be better than all

Yes except Cirelli who is actually a very good comparable with Pinto

I also don't like it

Joseph > Laughton

Pinto for a late 1st, no thanks
