I don’t think I like this, Swayman would be a huge plus but Hertl is a heart and soul guy.

Too early to tell with one game from Bords. During the rookie faceofff they looked good. Bords had 2 goals in the 2nd game and Eklund got a few points in the first. Clearly a step above the rest, but we'll see how they do with the preseason games. It's more likely Eklund starts with the Sharks than Bords. Just dependent if they can fill the 3C spot with Couture out.

Bords looked pretty good, kinda unexciting though. Eklund hasn't played yet, almost definitely will play tonight.

Gushchin and Thrun were the stand outs among the young guys, and I actually thought Robins had a really solid night too

I’d like to see what they have this year and see if a center hits free agency.

If not, trades are easier when you aren’t on top of the cap
