We should pass on this idea

Zegras is just another forward that puts up points & doesn’t play defense- we already have enough of those

We gotta build a team that can win in the playoffs,
not an “AllStar” team

Good Post! I don't even think JJ would be used, Sabres have plenty to offer that doesn't include him.
Plus we wouldn't be paying for a 1C, I would think he would be a LW with Buffalo.

The “AllStars” we need to add are NOT more of the same that we already have- Zegras would be redundant for us
We have more offensive depth than just about anyone in the league
There’s more to winning- especially in the playoffs- than just scoring though
