Take out Beecher and 1 of the prospects.

Honestly, Boston much better off keeping their futures, going with Zacha/Poitras as top 6 C and using the ton of cap space they have to sign a goal scoring wing for top 6.

Ullmark trade sucks, pass on that. Take out Walsh, still pass.

Oh right we're going to give up our best player for Merkulov and a 2nd. Sure right.

Don’t want or need a goalie coming back.

1st and B prospect will be the cost.

Goalies don’t go for a 1st usually
Guess we’ll see though

Last significant goalie traded was Keumper. 1 year left. 1st/Timmons/cond 3rd with retention. Ullmark better. 🤷🏻‍♂️. Anything less would be surprising.

Ullmark is “better” bc he’s a product of playing in Boston
I’m a Sabres fan, i know EXACTLY how good Ullmark is- which is, a good goalie.
But again, a good goalie who looks great bc Boston plays such good team defense

I’m quite sure I’m not the only one who realizes this
Also,
Kuemper getting a 1st + has A LOT to do with the Avs being a great team who was a goalie away from a Cup

Are their teams out there now like that?
Maybe the Leafs- MAYBE
But they have no Cap Room & there’s no chance imo that Boston would trade him there and make their own playoff chances harder
