Not sure using their last retention on Duclair for a 3rd is smart for the sharks. I think his value without retention is close to a 3rd or will be by TDL.

Not saying you’re off on value, just wondering if it makes sense for the Sharks.

retaining that much on reaves is silly. If you send him to the A the cap hit is $200k. Also Brodie might be the best defenseman in the calgary trade

Sending him to the A is probably your best option! Why did they give him 3 years????
