He is not horrible but been sitting at 50% all season.
It is mostly moving down as a message that him and Marner do not seem to put full effort in every night.
Knies gets dragged down because none of the other left wingers are really playing bad atm.
Quietly Domi has 53.3 % face off percentage and 11 assists.

50 % is not good either it is the bare minimum for being considered a half decent face off guy.

Oh, sounded worse. He's just slumping, isn't it normal, Keefe will blend it up, take away Marner and he'll bounce back.

Maybe try Bertuzzi back up, Knies with Domi again, bump up Robertson with Tavares and Marner.

Bert, Matt, Willy, kinda weird having 2 shooters in Matt and Willy, but Willys really been driving play.

Spread the magic around. Marners usually good with Tavares.

I wouldn't do it. Flames aren't scorching earth. Calgary will want guys close to NHL ready in the next 2-3 years. A late 1st in 2026 isn't making the NHL until 2030

Just value perspective, I agree it's best to shop for younger replacements. I'll take much less "value" for the right fit.

Would you "lose" a trade to Dallas for Wyatt Johnston as an example?

Maybe not a great example, probably talking about an "untouchable" player in Wyatt, he just looked good last night.

Um hard to say. I think a team would offer 2 2st for Lindholm if one of them is 2026. I would rather get a 1st and prospects though

Close enough to get serious talks started. The 1sts are a good start but it'll take a better player/prospect than Arbruzzese.

the message that needs to be sent is to healthy scratch Marner or give one shift in the 1st period then bench the rest of the game
