Do you think Comrie becomes their steady backup?

Edit: And CGY has Vladar with Wolf, why do they take on Vitek?

Sabers wouldn't trade UPL unless they have a 1a and a 1b already. Right now they don't.

It’s possible the Sabres would be comfortable with Comrie as the main backup- IF -they were able to acquire a top notch starter, like say, Saros

But in that case, one would assume that UPL is part of the package for that starter

Either way,
there’s ZERO CHANCE that the Sabres dump UPL for a 3rd
That’s just ABSURD
