I think there'd actually be very strong chance all of those trades go through if the Rangers offered them. My only doubt would be Florida because I think the physicality Bennett brings is something Florida really values.

The idea is the playstyle. Gourde is a proven playoff performer/winner and can play all positions. I don’t think there are many guys like that under $2.6 mil around.

Yeah that’s my thoughts with Bennett. That kind of nasty is just what’s needed in the playoffs in my opinion.

I don't think Rangers are willing to get rid of their young players, since they're playing well this season.
I don't see them getting traded at some point.

It seems to me that one could make much better decisions than having all the wingers except Vesey be LWs.

Sharks are fine with the deal, but ask for a different filler guy. They have like 8 LD right now.

Right now it’s essentially that anyway plus Wheeler/Pitlick. Gourde and Duclair are improvements.
