Landeskog isn't and never has been a center. I don't mind Drouin at $825k. He needs to be significantly better to justify that much of a raise, considering how limited Colorado's cap space will be.

Im going to get heat for this but, the best spot for Landy would be on the 3rd line to start his return.

I would let camp dictate where he goes, but I wouldn't be opposed to starting him there to get his feet under him. I think Kovalenko could be wild card here too. Best case scenario, he's making one of your top six wings drop down to the 3rd line anyway.

To me, Kovalenko is tailor made for that 3RW spot, which probably puts Landy at 2LW. Also guessing that Manson is the odd man out for cap purposes. RyJo hasn't exactly been a revelation, but the team needs Cs more than Ds.
