MTL is getting all the better peices here...

I think Detroit would prefer Ghost over those 2 player they recieve here, let alone adding a good prospect and a pick.

If I were Detroit's GM, I wouldn't trade any one of those individual pieces for that return.

This is a real coked out homer deal here.

1. Savard+Pearson are made of glass and on the blackslope of their production curves.

2. Red Wings are overloaded already on defense and on old man wingers.

3. Gibson has at least *some* promise.

You do realize a Montreal fan posted this and you're smart enough to know Detroit wouldn't trade that good of a prospect for a 5th. Detroit drafted him in 2nd round in the last draft
