Wouldn't trade Byfield for Marner 1-for-1. Danault isn't waiving his NTC to go to Toronto.

AZ trade is a hard pass. No desire to trade a power forward with a good shot for an inconsistent, injury prone prospect and a very mid defenseman.

Flames decline. Not interested in signing another player in their late 20's to a 10M+ deal when the team isn't anywhere near contending.

Leafs have no desire/need for Monahan nor Anderson's play for his contract..
Gee, if Seeler is a desirable TDL Dman, he gets more than that in a trade.
Kings, Denault and likely Marner say no thanks to that trade.

No, Kings aren't acquiring Mitch Marner or trading away either of Byfield or Danault (who has a NMC).
