there isnt a single thing in that trade that would get the Leafs to think about trading marner

So in exchange for a year of one of the best wingers in hockey; the Leafs get a bad contract in Anderson, a cap dump in Pearson, a rental who maybe beats out Domi as 3c, a fringe defenseman, and two picks for 2025.

I get that Leafs fans are frustrated by Marner right now, but this is ridiculous

If the Maple Leafs trade Mitch Marner, it will be for more defensive help than Jordan Harris and more help in goal than nobody.

It's not surprising to me that a Canadiens fan would hope that Toronto would want Josh Anderson or the currently injured Tanner Pearson. If I were a Habs adherent, I'd want to get rid of them, too.
