I'd guess it would need to be '24 1st+Schneider+additional pick or prospect. Jones wouldn't move the needle for Tampa more than likely. Tampa could have some interest in Lindgren perhaps, but less so I'd guess with Hedman and Sergachev already on the left side.

another factor of trading him would be that they potentially wouldnt be able to resign him so taking on goodrow for the next 3 years and trying to resign kakko would be difficult. They more likely would want players on ELC's and/or picks. Also you would be able to get double retention on stamkos from a 3rd team so assuming chytil and kakko will be back before the end of the season if you sent down brodzinski, pitlick, and bonino and ran a roster of 21 then it would work
