Tarasenko might not even get a 1st by himself, according to some Sens fans. Especially with his NTC determining his preferred location.

But even then, I would offer that before we offered Schneider. He's too important to them right. More than acquiring Tarasenko.

Schneider for Tarasenko 50% retained, Zack Ostapchuk (recent 2nd round pick, solid prospect), Lassi Thomson, and a 2nd round pick.

Plus you would have the easy road to re-sign Tarasenko if you wanted.

Thing is the thing- they REALLY need a center right now. It’s not so much Tank or Schneider, its the need over anything else. Thy have eyes on the prize this year and can’t do it weakening D and not improving center

Respectfully decline. At this point with Chytil potentially being out the rest of the season, I want a 3C more than a RW. And I’m not moving anyone off the roster, it’d be a combo of picks/prospects (excluding Othmann or Perrault). If the cost above was Schneider for Senko, I wouldn’t do it.
