It's pretty easy to add a player to a trade and retain on that player you know

Pass on the John Gibson trade, Gibson for 3.5 x $5,000,000 is still too much for a Goaltender who'll be on the decline. He's been basically garbage for the past 5 seasons. No interest in Gibson. I'd rather go after Carter Hart if he clears the 2019 team Canada scandal

No thanks on the Travis Konecny trade, Wallinder only gets moved for a top 4 D upgrade not for another forward we don't need.

Lalonde and Yzerman have said numerous times that the team needs to get bigger and stronger upfront, So yeah let's trade 6'6" Michael Rasmussen and 6'8" Elmer Soderblom. No thanks to trading either player unless it's for a massive upgrade.
