Rather have Morin w/ Ghost on the 3rd pair.

the Coots line didn't flourish enough during the regular season, rather have him w/ Lindbolm and Simmonds/Filppula

Morin and gudas do need to be split and Simmonds and Coots have never had good results together. Think Vecchione starts in AHL but I'd be happy if they sent lehtera or read down instead. Overall realistic.

Just seeing SucMac on that top pair makes me nauseous...not saying you are wrong because Hakstol gotta Hakstol, but it still makes me throw up in my mouth just a little.

i'm with Nate in that i'd rather Lehtera not be the 4C. All the praise Hextall heaped on Laughton, and Vecchione being waiver-exempt, I think he [Laughton] is the 4C barring him absolutely shitting the bed in training camp.

Hextall is probably holding onto bodies to make sure everyone (cough cough Nolan Patrick cough) is healthy at the start of training camp/season. If ANOTHER team suffers an unfortunate injury to a player, maybe Matt Read with salary retained could fetch a 3rd or 4th round pick.

Last note: is Lindblom a 3rd line guy or is he better off playing top minutes with the Phantoms? Doing that gives them time to see if Jordan Weal is legit in that LW1 spot, and neither Weal nor Konecny are 3rd line players.

Lindblom is playing in the NHL this year, he played really well in Sweden last year

I like it...there are many combinations for the 2nd and 3rd line and we will not be able to properly predict them unless we know how players like Lindbolm and Hagg and Morin play at the development camp.

With the new coach coming in for PP, I think that we might start to see more plays from below the red line, rather than working it from Giroux and Ghost. I fell that Simmonds will have less of a role in the slot, and will be more active behind the net.
