Not so much the snow boarding but the fact that he admits TML are cheating.

I want to see Lupul file a grievance and get aid from the NHLPA and a independent doctor, then when the decision can be made if Lupul Is fit. Why believe Lupul until he wants to take that step?

Either way I don't Lupul is going to be invited back to the the Leafs Alumni partiessmile

His only job was to remain silent and out of sight from the public. Why would he lie about being ready to play? Occam's Razor says because he is ready.
He is a cap problem for TML. Space will need to be cleared (Lupul traded or buried) if the NHL actually follows through with their independent doctor's opinion and he is found to be fit to play.
This doesn't end well. Either the NHL or TML is going to take one on the chin.
