Yes I understand we’re in cap hell due to the buyouts

At what point does Craig Leipold realize that Bill Guerin has screwed this team over due to his affinity for “locker room guys who are willing to fight” and “washed veterans”

I get that he has limited money to work with but you’re telling me that the 4x4 that was given to Foligno couldn’t have been spent in a different/better way?

Johansson is beyond underwhelming

Zuccarello is beyond underwhelming

Merrill, Goligoski, and Bogosian shouldn’t even be in the league.

Gaudreau signed for 5 years because he was “Evasons guy” who no longer is here (also beyond underwhelming)

Hired Hynes as his “long term guy” who is notoriously bad in the playoffs but we won’t be there anyway so no biggie!

He’s made 2 good trades and signed our superstar player long term, other than that he has been abysmal.

His saving grace is his head of scouting Judd Brackett but, that won’t matter either because there is no spots in the lineup for any of the players he’s drafted due to Guerins bonehead off season signings.
