I don't really see Girard and his current contract with 4 years of term remaining as a fit for the Bruins unless they decide to give up on Lohrei. I also feel like the value of Ullmark + either Geekie OR Lysell would be enough to get Girard, who is a 5m D man who has been forced into 3rd pairing duty in Colorado. By that last point, what I mean is that they have some incentive to move him to adjust how they are allocating their cap space. The same could be said for Boston with Ullmark, but the Bruins are not saving very much by Georgiev coming back the other way.

-Girard isn't the kind of LHD they need for next season, Lohrei should be filling that role as puck moving D, they need a Chrychrun/Hanifin ideally (although I acknowledge that those rumors apparently weren't very reliable per Elliotte Friedman/that Hanifin costs more than 7 realistically) to round out their top 6 as a great 2nd pairing player.
-Georgiev coming back is probably the opposite of what they want from an Ullmark trade, which is cap relief to spend elsewhere: here they're taking on 400k more with a goalie that from an outside perspective is not playing very well. They have Bussi waiting in the minors to get a shot as a full-time backup.
-Beyond that, they don't get any young assets like picks or prospects to go out and trade for a center, their greatest need atm. In fact, they're trading from their prospect pool to make this happen.

Pretty much about as all over the place as it gets. Not even sure where to start. Let's just cut to the chase and do it easy. All around nope!

If the Av's are unhappy w/ Ryjo as their 2C, get ready for major disappointment if the plan is to put Kurashev in that spot. Hawks probably accept.
