It is unlikely Hawks would take Dovark for free. They definitely don’t give up a pick for him. You want to move him most likely scenario is you have to attach a pick to him.

armia is a cap dump to a basement feeder, he's a big expensive cap dump to a team who is trying to win and is against the cap

Why would Chicago give the Habs anything for Dvorak? If he is overpaid and underperforming in Montreal then the only way to move him is to take back a similar contract/player (Athanasiou) or attach a draft pick TO him.
