Nash isn't giving up the equivalent of 3 first rounders for Guentzel lol

He doesn't fill a need. The Jets need a 2C. Not another expensive winger.

Jets Decline
Lambert isn’t available
WPG doesn’t need more wingers… we need a 2C and RHD depth…that’s it, that’s all, nothing else

I hate to say this but I can see EDM getting a hand on Guentzel.
I'm not saying it will happen, but I'm saying it as an opinion.

These values are all over the place

Edmonton does it if an extension can be worked out

Jets probably don't do it, they have enough players with his skill set

No shot the Canucks do that, way too much

Same with LA and Nashville

Seattle doesn't do that either

So essentially only Edmonton lmao

I think you're going to be very disappointed if he's traded, no way the Canucks are offering that package

Oilers say no. Way too much for a rental. Guentzal wouldn’t even be the target for Edmonton, i think it’s a big risk if Guentzal is even Guentzal away from Crosby. He’s a great complemtary player and maybe he meshes well with McDavid… but we already have guys that mesh well with McDavid.

Nashville isnt trading for him. Their need is a 2C. Their current 2C is supposed to be one of Glass or Novak. Instead Glass is either borken (mentally or physically), shifted ro another line, or scratched, and novak put into wing. Instead we our 3/4C Colton Sissons filling in as 2C (and it is a wonder we cant score as of late).

Glass has 1G 1A. Novak is on a 40ish point pace which isnt terrible. We need a play driving 2C above all else. Preferably one that can step into the 1C once RoR retires (so young with further upside). So a 29 year old winger isnt the thing to go after.
