Honestly, from a value perspective I think all of these are fair, but at the same time I don't think any of the other teams would be willing to do these given their current situations

Wouldn't do that from a Jets perspective.

I can see Winnipeg getting Travis Konecny.
But why would Philly trade Konecny, even though they're in a playoff spot?

briere has said that their plan of selling hasn't changed even with being in a playoff spot. walker/staal/seeler are likely gonna be moved

i don't think konecny gets moved at the dealine but would not shock me

I know Seeler has been connected to the TBL, but I don't know if this trade rumor is true or false.

The last 5 games have been really bad for Philly. In addition our biggest strength was our goalie tandem. Now our rookie goalie is struggling to be the guy and the team is just run down. Hopefully the break helps get everyone healthy, but there is a real chance that the rest of the league has caught up with the Flyers. I'm not saying the Flyers would sell Konecny, but if they don't see him signing long term and they get a great offer I think they could move him.

Jets Decline
Lambert isn’t available

This sucks for me…I’m a huge Konecny fan and I’ve wanted him in WPG for a while now, but unfortunately, top 6 winger isn’t a need…Jets need a 2C first and foremost before doing or looking at anything else… once we have that issue resolved we can look at adding RHD depth for the playoffs.
In the offseason we need to make some moves to free up cap space for extensions and to make roster openings for kids moving up, but even then there isn’t need for a top 6 winger, (unless Ehlers refuses to sign or wants more than we can afford), but that’s another year away.

Kraken do not need Laughton or sandstrom and definitely not for a first round pick. The kraken's entire roster is depth they have no need to acquire another 3rd/4th liner. I'm sure you could get assets for Laughton but he is not a fit for Seattle.

This isnt bad for the leafs but we'd rather go 0 retention for walker than give up a 1st
